Payments:

  • 10% non-refundable down payment to guarantee your hotel package.
    In the case of reservations within 90 days of the event a total payment is required.

Condition of cancellation BPM 2024.

  • Until the 90th day prior the arrival date, Tulu Travel will keep 10% that represents the initial deposit to reserve the package
  • Between the 90th day and the 60th day prior the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be kept.
  • Between the 60th day and the arrival day, the full amount of the stay will be kept.
