SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE BPM FESTIVAL: COSTA RICA

If The BPM Festival: Costa Rica is cancelled due to COVID-19 reasons, you as a client will be reimbursed 100% of your deposit and payments made so far minus credit card handling fees (20 USD per person). Vacation packages reserved for The BPM Festival: Costa Rica that are cancelled with more than 100 days before arrival date have a penalty of 10% of the whole package value. If your cancelation is within 100 days before your arrival the cancellation penalty is 100% unless of COVID-19.
